The Yasin Foundation is set up as a Charity and is managed by a Board of Trustees, assisted by a small Fund-raising Committee. (See 'Events' and 'Tina Sani in Ireland' for information on some of the fund-raisers organized to date.) We hope that others will join in the work of the Foundation, whether as trustees, fundraisers, sponsors, donors or supporters in general. The initial Trustees are:
  • Nausheen Ahmad (Lahore); originator and instigator of the Foundation and wife of Toheed Ahmad, the former Ambassador for Pakistan in Ireland, 2004-2007;
  • Dr. Mazhar Ali Bari (Dublin); CRANN (Physics, TCD); STREP Ltd; Irish Representative at ECRI (Council of Europe) CEO of Solarprint Ltd;
  • Katharine Bulbulia (Waterford); former Senator; former Advisor to Government;
  • Rosheen Callender (née Yasin) (Dublin); Economist; former National Equality Secretary for SIPTU;
  • Mr. Asam Ishtiaq (Waterford); Consultant Surgeon; former President of the Irish Medical Organisation;
  • Dr. Nasir Mahmud (Dublin); Consultant Gastroenterologist and Senior Lecturer, Dept. of Clinical Medicine, TCD;
  • John McDonnell (Dublin); Accountant, McDonnell & Associates;
